International Shipping via Forwarding Service (Tenso.com)

At this time, we ship within Japan only. However, you can easily receive our products overseas by using a parcel-forwarding service such as Tenso.com.

How it works

  1. Sign up with Tenso.com to obtain a Japanese shipping address (their Tokyo warehouse).
  2. Place your order at our shop and enter your Tenso warehouse address as the shipping destination.
  3. We ship your order from our shop to the Tenso warehouse.
  4. Tenso forwards the package to your international address. You can select the shipping method (EMS, Air, etc.) directly with Tenso.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually shipped from our shop to the Tenso warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Tenso typically processes and forwards the package within 1–2 days.
  • With EMS via Tenso, delivery to Florida (USA) usually takes about 7–15 days after dispatch from Tenso.
  • Please note that customs clearance in the destination country may cause additional delays.
